The general Terms & Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘I’, ‘me’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ or the ‘Website’) belonging to the business of ‘LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt’, who is a is a sole trader and is not VAT registered. Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our General Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and ‘LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt’ as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

​Changes to the terms of service & the website

‘LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt’ is a work in progress, and as such things may change, be added or be taken away. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms of Service from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up to date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of updated Terms of Service will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.

Website access

While we endeavour to ensure that our website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Products

All original artworks are hand painted by me and therefore irregularities and imperfections are normal. Art never can be an absolute perfection. The fine art Giclée prints are printed by theprintspace a company with 100% carbon neutral service and production sites in the UK and Germany.

Please be aware that all products may vary slightly in colour and appearance from the images on the website. At LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt I take great care when putting product information, descriptions, and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. Products may also vary due to the organic nature of materials the products are created with and the nature of how colours appear on different electronic screens. You are always welcome to get in touch if you have any further queries or questions relating to any of my artworks or products through the contact page. 

Prices

​The prices indicated on the website are shown in Pound Sterling. The delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment, but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated. If ordering multiple items, it is possible to request separate packaging, however, please note this might be subject to an additional charge per item.

Secure payment

P​ayments are taken through the SumUp payment gateway in British Pounds Sterling.  Therefor you can pay for your order by Credit/Debit Card. These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transaction secure and do not cost you anything to use (‘LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt’ is charged as the seller, you are not charged as the buyer) so you will not pay any extra for your order. You do not need to hold an account with these Merchants to use these methods of payments.

Shipping

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 2 working days. The courier will be chosen depending on size and weight of the product.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. International services can take up to two weeks to arrive, but usually arrive much quicker. I will advise you of the tracking number once the courier is booked. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will contact you personally immediately and offer to refund the price you paid for the product inclusive delivery costs within 30 days following the date of payment. 

Commissions

​Commissioned/bespoke artwork cannot be returned once they have been completed and paid for. However during the creation of your commissioned artwork I will keep you informed of the progress and we can discuss the possibility of any changes.

Intellectual ownership

​All the website and social media content at LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy Fisher-Brandt (illustrations, artworks, designs, texts, names, brand names, images, and videos), excluding manufacturer supplied descriptions, artwork and image is the property of Peggy Fisher-Brandt. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, along with any commercial reselling of any products or designs (online and offline), by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by Peggy Fisher-Brandt. All information, content and files are protected by International law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. We cannot give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the intellectual rights to. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code. LittleSugarMouse Art by Peggy-Fisher will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.

Return & Refunds

Returns & refunds for original artworks

​You have up to 14 days on receiving an original artwork to apply by email to peggy@littlesugarmouse.com for a refund for an undamaged item.

To be considered for a refund, your order must be returned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the items, a full refund will be automatically applied to the same method of original payment. The customer holds a responsibility to return the unwanted item to us at their own cost. We advise you pay for item tracking when returning an item. All goods you are returning to us remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.

Return & refunds for damaged items

​​You have up to 48 hours on receiving your goods to apply by email to peggy@littlesugarmouse.com for a refund for a damaged/faulty item.

​If you order is damaged during delivery, please contact us with photographic evidence. We will either re-send the same product again, or refund you the full amount. In this case, we will happily also refund the postage cost incurred in posting the item back to us with your product refund.

Return & refunds for prints

Products that are printed or printed to order are bespoke and non returnable unless damaged or faulty. A replacement product will be shipped out to you in the event of receiving a damaged or faulty item.
